Return Policy

We accept returns of new, undamaged items for any reason up to 30 days from the date of delivery.  We do require a return authorization number and one can be obtained, along with instructions, by contacting us.  Return shipping charges must be prepaid.  To prevent delays in processing your return, please include the RA# and ship to the proper address indicated in the instructions.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged or you believe some items are missing, please save the shipping packaging and contact us.  We will help you submit a claim with the carrier.
